Return policy
General return conditions
1.1. Coffee products sold by NUP Coffee are considered food products. Therefore, returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, tasted, or whose hygienic integrity has been compromised.
1.2. The right to return products that are unopened, unused, and undamaged is reserved.
1.3. The return request must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
Right of withdrawal
2.1. The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
2.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact customer service.
2.3. For returns under the right of withdrawal, appropriate packaging should be used to prevent damage to the product during transport.
Non-returnable products
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Coffee products with opened packaging or damaged security seal/cap.
Personalized products prepared according to special roast requests.
Food products that are at risk of spoilage after delivery and require strict hygiene standards.
Incomplete return of items sold as a set or campaign
Damaged or faulty products
4.1. If the package appears damaged from the outside upon delivery, a damage report must be filed with the delivery person.
4.2. In case of delivery of incorrect, incomplete or damaged products, the customer must inform customer service within 48 hours.
4.3. If the inspection reveals that the fault originated from NUP Coffee, the product will be replaced free of charge or a refund will be issued.
Return process
5.1. Once the return request is approved, the user will be sent the return shipping information.
5.2. The return process will be initiated after the product has been received by NUP Coffee and its suitability has been checked.
5.3. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
5.4. Shipping fee:
In case of errors caused by NUP Coffee, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
In cases of returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange transactions
6.1. Exchange requests are evaluated based on stock and product availability.
6.2. Exchange processes follow the same procedures as return procedures.
