4.4. In the event that the product is damaged during delivery, the user is obligated to prepare a damage report together with the delivery person.

5.1. Since coffee products fall under the food category, returns are accepted only if the packaging is unopened, unused, and undamaged.
5.2. The return request must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
5.3. If the user wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must contact NUP Coffee customer service.
5.4. After the returned product is inspected by NUP Coffee, a refund will be issued.

6.1. All prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
6.2. NUP Coffee reserves the right to change prices and promotions at any time.
6.3. Promotions are subject to stock availability.

7.1. All images, texts, logos, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of NUP Coffee.
